We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and on our Delivery Information page. These are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If you are not available to accept a delivery, our carrier may leave the parcel in a safe location or with a neighbour and leave a calling card.

6. Returns & refunds

Our returns and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. You also have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel a distance sale within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
